feel whole, again
reconnect with your body
embrace all your aspects
explore your being in a new light
Most of us, men and women, only touch our own bodies in limited ways, often only for direct sexual stimulation and for reaching an orgasm (quickly) – we thus entirely depend on other people (if any) to provide us a caring, comforting, or sensual touch – to offer us love
We also often assign too much importance to our appearance, we submit ourselves to external judgement – our self-worth thus depends on expectations and other people’s biased vision
In self love portrait therapy, i guide you to offer yourself this nourishing touch, care, and attention – and capture the beauty of your emotions in order for you to forever remember the importance of this ritual
I combine my technical skills with the teachings of yoga and careful space holding – using breath, movement, and meditation to reveal your beautiful inner power

I create experiences and hold safe spaces for slow living, self-care, personal growth, playfulness, and love – free of judgement and expectations
She had modeled nude before, but this time was different. In this safe and sacred space, guided by my voice and the rhythm of her breath, she surrendered—not just her body, but her soul. She allowed herself to be seen, raw and vulnerable, in all her authenticity.
As I gently guided her to hold herself with care, her touch took on a new depth. She cradled her own hands as if they belonged to someone else, someone she had once needed but no longer did.
Tears streamed down her cheeks, those same cheeks lifted by a radiant smile. Crying and laughing in unison, she gave her emotions the freedom to flow, releasing what no longer served her and creating space for bliss to settle in.
By the end, she was both exhausted and energized—a paradox of renewal. Her creativity and vitality were fully awake, leaving her feeling more alive than ever before.
She knew how to move, how to pose, how to smile. I let her flow naturally at first, observing her gestures, her expressions, and the way the light embraced her presence.
Then, we paused. I invited her to sit and close her eyes, to attune to the steady rhythm of her breath, to feel the solid support of the earth beneath her, and to sense the gentle waves flowing through her body.
As her spine awakened to organic movement, I guided her to connect with her body through her hands—a tender, nurturing touch wherever it was needed most. She hugged herself, massaged her neck, and smiled softly, realizing she held within her the power to give herself all the love she sought.
Her arms and legs began an intimate ballet of unfiltered expression. She danced, she jumped, she laughed—a celebration of authenticity, joy, and self-discovery.
